The Storm by Kate Chopin

The short story describes an afternoon in the lives of what seems to appear as a loving perfect family. The title suggests unexpected threatening conditions about to occur which can cause havoc. We realize as the storm progresses that unexpected events such as infedelity, lies, and deception occur within the ideal family. Love, caring, and concern is contradicted by unfaithfulness and ambivalence to the lies. The dsyfunctional family remains happy as the storm passes. The story entails satirical ironic twists to the events present in everyday life

Good response but try to be more specific to the story next time.
